Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds: Desert Sky Marketing LLC does not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a service is booked and completed, payment is considered final.

Rescheduling Policy:

1. Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, particularly rain, Desert Sky Marketing LLC reserves the right to reschedule the photography session for the safety of our team and to ensure the optimal quality of the photographs.
2. Notification: If weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for a scheduled session, Desert Sky Marketing LLC will notify the client as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
3. Flexibility: We understand the importance of capturing properties in ideal conditions. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or preferences regarding rescheduling due to weather conditions.

Turnaround Time Policy:

1. Standard Turnaround Time: Turnaround time is calculated based on BUSINESS DAYS, excluding weekends and holidays. Desert Sky Marketing LLC guarantees a turnaround time of 24, BASED ON A BUSINESS DAY CALENDAR (see below), for the delivery of completed photographs from the date of the scheduled session. This commitment ensures that clients receive their professionally captured and edited photographs promptly. The streamlined process aims to meet the demands of individuals or businesses seeking timely delivery of high-quality visual content. This quick turnaround not only reflects the dedication to customer satisfaction, it also ensures the proficiency and organizational efficiency of the photography service in providing clients with the images they desire within a swift and reliable timeframe.
2. Business Day Calendar: For Friday & weekend bookings, since the projects are outsourced, projects will most likely not be completed until Monday morning at the latest. 
3. Delivery Notification: Once the photographs are processed and ready for delivery, clients will be notified promptly via email or phone.
4. Rush Orders: Clients requiring expedited delivery may request rush processing for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Booking and Scheduling:

1. Booking Location: Desert Sky Marketing LLC only provides services in Clark County.
2. Booking Process: Clients are required to schedule photography sessions in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly.
3. Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email outlining the date, time, and location of the scheduled session.
4. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Arrival Time: Clients are expected to ensure that the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time. Delays in preparation may impact the duration of the session.

2. Editing and Retouching: All photographs undergo professional editing and retouching to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining accuracy and realism.
